We currently offer international shipping. Please allows orders to be processed within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates for your order will be displayed at checkout.
We offer FREE shipping to all customers on orders of $30 or more. All shipping methods include real-time order tracking (with tracking number) as well as email notifications.Canada
We offer two methods of tracked domestic shipping via Canada Post within Canada:
- Express Shipping (1-4 business days)
- Standard Shipping (3-8 business days)
- Express Shipping (2-7 Business Days)
- Express International Shipping (6-15 Business Days)
All items ship from Ontario, Canada. The time until you receive shipment as noted above are estimates only.
You will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate. You will receive email communications to allow you to stay informed of the current status of the order. This includes order:
- Has been shipped and is in transit
- Out for delivery (i.e. in your local neighbourhood)
- Delivered (Yay!)
We strive to process your orders to be shipped as soon as possible and will do our best to work with the postal operator so you receive your delivery reliably and efficiently.
Please always double check that your billing and shipping address information are correct during checkout to avoid any delays in processing time. Once and order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on any domestic or international order.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
The recipient will be responsible for any customs regulations, tariffs, handling fees, taxes, duties and any other related charges incurred through customs in the rare event they should occur. Ma Soirée is not responsible for such charges, including for return shipment and shall not be held liable for any delays should packages be seized by customs due to unpaid customs charges or negligence.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, there may be delays in shipping times. Please note that postal carriers may experience events out of our control. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery in this case. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.Shipping Damages
