Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We cannot offer any returns or refunds after this 30-day period.
Due to the nature of our products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags, and in its original unopened, untampered and sealed packaging. A receipt is required for proof of purchase. We cannot process a return based solely on personal color or design preference.
To start a return, you can contact us here. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any extra delivery or shipping fees outside the original order being refunded are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned including gift cards, items purchased during a sale, discounted items and/or orders made with promotional codes are strictly non-returnable. This also includes any items not in their original condition, that are damaged or contain missing items for reasons not due to a manufacturing defect, any items that have been opened/used, any items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery and any items not purchased directly through the Ma Soirée website.

At this time, we cannot process an exchange based solely on personal color, style or design preference. All requests for exchanges shall be at the discretion of Ma Soirée. We are only able to process an exchange on items that are defective and/or damaged or an incorrect product has been received at no fault of the customer.
The simplest and fastest way to ensure you receive the replacement product is to get in touch with Ma Soirée, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will work with you to ensure the correct item is in stock.
Refunds

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
